I'd like to redecorate this Cafe and don't want that many adverts on the wall - meaning references in the margin...
must be purism... or just egotism, why supply shortcuts, people shall read my stuff 
but: does somebody know how I link to the "not marginable" ones?
or do I have to write the hole page in HTML and get no margin at all?
I looked around, but couldn't find a solution... *sigh*

how to spend a rainy night?

fishing dozens of tiny frogs out of puddles on the street, putting them in the coat pockets, climbing walls and letting them go near the botanical garden pond - a possibility. I did last night, animal girl scouts, that's us
how not to spend a rainy morning? Taking a driving lesson with a severe hangover.... *ouch*

...meaning ear ringing. I had it yesterday, since I woke up, and it's driving me WILD!
Strange how much one relies on hearing - curious sensation not to hear what everybody else at work is doing and to be startled when someone suddenly appears next to you...
Especially annoying since I had another one of those d**n rehearsals and just couldn't hear most of the clever/critical/unasked-for/confusing remarks made by my colleagues which could have turned the talk better/worse/upside down.
Häh? Pardon? What did you say?
Can somebody please switch off this noise?

today, due to a power failure at work, I had almost nothing to do... astonishing that there is so little to work without electricity... but at least we could make coffee
