I agree with the perspective and vanishing point things, you need to brush up that to make everything look the right height/level. And fiddle around with his legs at the moment it looks like hes not sitting completely. Look at someone sitting down and look at their legs (if you can manage this without seeming pervy ) the problems is theres a difference between drawing what you think people look like and what they do. If you look at someone actually doing what you're trying to draw it is much easier than guessing.
