These days, a get-away, therapy or medications seem to be the way to deal with stress. Personally, I prefer to take my trusty axe and kill a tree.

Still around, with occassional access to hootoo during my work-day.
Hope the recovery goes well, and the decision re: hair-cutting is perhaps a mid-length solution. Nothing too radical.
