UPDATE ON MY LIFE:
This morning I went and did a Cal "laughable morning"
I woke up, realised my head hurt, cursed, whacked my hurting head against the headboard, was jumped on my the dog and licked. Considered giving up at this point.
Decided "No, I can get up!" Got up, couldnt find AD's so didnt take them (does it show?) therefore am now depressed. I wonder why the trust me with so many drugs anyway, I feel like a 
walking pharmecy. I could overdose or mix these so easily. Bah.
Anyway time to go employ tactic "Dont worry, be happy!"
