I haven't a clue how to compress files.

I'm trying to figure it out, but when I compressed a file it went from 19.8MB to 20MB.

What sort of file is it? Some files can't be compressed, and I think that was one of those.

Oh, that's easy (says Ben as if he knows what he's talking about). You right-click on the file and select "Add to [filename].rar" (It's could also be "Add to [filename].zip"). At least that's the way to do it in XP, I haven't a clue about other systems.
