If you ever find yourself in Wheeling, West Virginia, (up in the northern panhandle) two places you must stop are a) Olglebee Park which is beautiful in any season (in the summer especially after a light rain as then there is steam rising off of stuff which looks cool) and b) Decarlos Pizza (just ask someone where it is...I can garentee you that if they've lived there for a while then they'll know where it is...)
