Hi Gary I hope you are keeping well. I am looking forward to the end of winter. Been keeping a close eye on my Mam and Dad's health and making sure that if they get a cold that it does not get worse. My Mam and Dad have had plenty of vitamins, mineral, herbal and fish oils which has helped alot. They have had the flu jabs but I have found that you cannot rely on the flu jab to keep you free from the flu.
Gary I am have had a hot cup of Kenco coffee would you like some?

Sheryl is a Nescafe with no sugar.
I have adopted a wolf as they are very few wolves out in the wild. They still suffer perscution due to ignorance about them. There is a plan to bring to Scotland as they have alot of deer which is part of the wolves diet.
