Prof I was thinking of about going with plusnet but after your experiences I don't think I'll bother.

They are a good ISP Kat, but as they say I can't have a rebate, I've paid them 7 weeks for broadband I haven't received and if it "disappears" again, then I'll still be paying for nothing
