Gothly suggests Displacement Disorder, as suffered by people who think they're in North Wales when they're really in Sweden.

How about a fear of some particular letter (number phobias are so passé).

I really don't suffer from believing I am in Sweden. I might not be in Sweden for all I know, but I don't suffer...
