Er, this is embarrassing.
You're going to laugh.
I've dropped my mobile phone down a drain.
See I told you that it was funny.
And I have some really good gossip as well!
Er, if you give me a call on my landline later?
I've acquired your mobile no so if you don't reply to this I'll call your mobile about 6pm?

No. Really!
Sure - I'll ring you back if you like. 6.00pm is good for me, I am and will leave relatively early tonight.

PS - I have the Stepson's mobile in the flat - not much use for 2 weeks, and it is big and clunky, but it is a mobile. Would it be of any use to you?

My landlady has a spare mobile you can have from Friday onwards. Let me know if that helps.

Yes got home safely last night, the train was an hour late from Wigan station, which may well be enough for a refund if I can be bothered writting a letter of complaint for seven pounds fifty, especially as they might not refund the whole ticket price.
Finally got in to the flat at 23.35.
Am now enjoying a whole day of doing very little, well other than studying.
Hope you escaped Wigan safely pet.

What a bugger! I am glad that I didn't know, because I'd have felt bad about not staying with you. Mind you, if I missed the chance of a couple of Chai Steamers from an AMT Coffee Stand, I'll be gutted.
Got home safe and sound, but very tired this a.m. Ms P Landlady taped Dr Who - she said it was pants, I thought it was really good, so I'll be interested in what you think of it as a Dr Who virgin.
Still getting phoned by my Swedish Stalker. I wish they'd leave a message I could ignore. I am getting bored of ignoring phone calls.

Oh gosh no, I wouldn't have let you wait! And Wigan station doesn't have anything as nice as an AMT stand. In fact nothing was open at all! I amused myself by eating cheese and day dreaming.
I'll have to take a look at Dr Who, on Friday!
I'm seriously comtemplateing meeting Sol, BB Courtesy and Agapanthus in London for a drink tomorrow. It is only an hour and a half away on the train. Just in my head it's A Long Way.

Oh, go for it! You can read on the train, you know! It would be good to meet Courtesy, and Ag, and all of them, really.

Absolutely! (I was thinking of joining them, actually... ...)
In fact I was thinking of finding out if there is a campaign to improve the signage in this blinking country!

Well when you consider the amount I know about trains that's not sad at all.
Good idea on the campaign about the signage, there must be one somewhere..

Ben, I was just wondering when I was last at your flat, and did I leave a medical textbook there? Paedatrics? I know it's a long shot, but I've turned my flat through 180 degrees and it's not here, and I haven't seen it for a couple of weeks..
Just an idea.

This is embarrassing, but in the process of giving my flat a good shake I did find that CD that you lost.
Z calling Ben (fairly important)
Mrs Zen Posted Mar 30, 2005
That *I* lost?
Is that the text book that you didn't have with you when you came to mine one weekend? Would have been about mid Feb? You definitely didn't have it at mine that time. I haven't been at mine long enough since then to find anything, but I can have a look at this weekend.
Incidentally, it looks as if I'll get Monday off, so what do you want to do Sunday night?
... *apart* from that?

*hides behind Zebra Print file*
I've found the CD of yours that I carelessly lost.
Do you want to do Sunday night at mine or yours, if it's at mine we could go out for a meal with my parents who I'll be meeting in Wolverhampton on Sunday.
Mind you I have a feeling that you'll need to be at yours to Do The Things that you'll be taking Monday off to do. So why don't we watch Dr Who?
