Ach, I am just glad the CD's found. It doesn't surprise me. It didn't feel as if I'd lost it, if you know what I mean.
An evening meal in Wolverhampton sounds tempting, but it would be fiddly to spend Sunday night at yours, Monday night in Leeds, and dip down to mine for the day on Monday.
Would you consider catching the last train to mine on Sunday night instead? If it is completely impossible, then I might just take the 8th off instead of the 4th. If I do that, I'd come down on Thursday night, do my doings on Friday 8th, and then spend the weekend as planned. But I prefer Monday 4th for a number of reasons.

No problem!
I'll get the train to yours when I can escape from Wolverhampton.

This might amuse you. C is, apparently, getting nervous about her upcoming operation. So I casually dropped into the conversation what I am doing on the 11th.
Ach. I feel the need for another one:

*snigger*
Glad to be of service.
Have just been on the phone to my Dad and it seems that as he's 'done his back in' he won't be going to Wolverhampton on Sunday, so I shall go back to Birmingham instead...
Z
Now it's a mere hour until my train departs from New Street (20 minutes away) so I had better hurry or I shall only have half an hour in which to buy a ticket, and that just wouldn't do.

Well, as I said, I thought it would amuse.
*scratches head*
That makes Sunday rather jollier, doesn't it? I'll be back from U's around 4.00.
*scratches head again*
We can make it up as we go along, of course.

Ooh I found out my rotation for When I Grow Up..
Surgery Psychiatry Medicine
Which is oddly enough what I told medical staffing would be my ideal rotation.
I feels awfully near now. I might make a countdown chart next time I fancy a break from revising..

That's very cool!
I was thinking about next w/e; I know we are going out boozing and sluicing, but the other nights I'd like to spend at mine. It has made a big difference being her 3 nights this w/e.
What do you think?

Only 119 days until I become a doctor.
Suddenly this revision feels a lot more relevent.

The voting entry is finished now. I've offered it to Shazz for the Thursday before the General Election, on the assumption that it is neutral enough to be run. I think it is. After all, I hate them all equally.
It's crap as a history piece, (the links are all pretty flaky), but it is a polemic rather than history anyway.
Take care.

Good Work!
Well done.
I like it, it works, as a rant, and I think it's so neutral that it could be in the news on election day. You know the time when the news is. Today there was an election, and a cat got stuck up a tree.
Any chance of a chat later, when you're driving up Norff perhaps?

That would be good.
I need to do my filing now. *sigh* I am SUCH cr@p at this! I've still got some bits and bobs to do.
What I was thinking, if it is ok with you, was Friday at mine, (maybe on my lonesome), Saturday at yours on the razzle, Sunday at mine.
My objective is to get either Saturday morning, or Monday morning on my own to finish some bits and pieces off. Saturday might be favourite, which means solo Fridays, which might suit A, thinking about it.
What do you think?

Ooh yes, good idea, I was trying to work out a way of suggesting that non-offensively . I'd like to spend Friday with A, because I haven't seen him for ages (assuming he wants to)! If he doesn't then I'll be cleaning the flat ready for the influx of guests he's invited.
Sunday at yours then Monday is the eleventh isn't it?

Ach, be offensive! I'll take it and like it, since it's you.
I think Sunday at mine followed by the 11th works pretty well.

Sorry phone dead, the battery really does go quickly so I can't call you! I hope everything's ok. I'll call you when I get in but that won't be until later.
