You are absolutely right! However, we boat people, "yachties" in order words, area addicted to the lifestyle. If a landlubber changes cars, so do we change boats. There are so many to choose from... one mast, two masts, three masts, one engine, two engines, no engine. Standard rigging with two sails or a staysail rig with 8 or more. Yes, the best days are when you buy a boat and when you sell a boat. Over and over aand over again.
