I assume you ain't talking to me.... However you might like to try the off-line GuideML editor available from MaW - called (IIRC) GuidePost - which probly has those tags easily available...

Sorry I took so long to get back to you have been a tad busy at uni and haven't been online much.

I can't tell whether the scrolling works (I'm in netscape at the moe since I'm at college on a linux machine) but it should be ok!
Don't forget the quotes round your colours and that in programming colour is spelt without the U!
It might work in the new HTML but that is v different and not so pedantic as the h2g2 servers, though there has been a major overhall of the site since I was last here!
