Wow. Both of those mint things sounded really great. It's a good thing I just ate.
Sorry I wasn't on yesterday, but I had to make a family get together work out so I didn't have time.
Iron deficiancy, eh? With all the lovers out there that theory could pass as the truth, if it is or not.
See you later!

That's ok...just hope things did 'work out'!
Yeah, I'd have to say the Cocoa Camino-the Canadian one, (although it's made in Switzerland http://www.lasiembra.com/home.htm )is the one I prefer. But they don't seem to mention it on the site...maybe it's newer & they haven't updated the site. I did notice that they say they're expanding distribution in the U.S.!
Iron deficiency or whatever, any reason or justification for eating a bit more is fine with me!
See you!

Switzerland... My family is from Switzerland.
More in the U.S.= =. Cool.
Sorry, but I'm really time constrained.
A later time?

No problem, I'm just a bit time-constrained too right now. But yeah more is usually a good thing! I had a really nice peanut butter cream from http://www.purdys.com ...very nice & creamy!
Sure later, at a more mutally convenient time!

I had another Bissinger's today. Vanilla Butter Creme. Ooh. Really great. It was very rich, a bit thirst- inducing, but you could really taste the flavor of the vanilla.
Dark too. Woah.
I'll talk to you later.

Sounds great!! Just brownies for me right now...but nice dark dense triple fudge brownies! They must be a newer product, I don't see them listed with the other bakery products - http://www.saputo.com. Oh & I also had a Raspberry Jelly from Purdy's, very good raspberry flavor - really great with dark !
But yeah see you later!

Brownies.... well, I had some breakfast a few minutes ago, but that still sounds really good. Yesterday I had a chocolate leaf. It was actually two back to back solid chocolate leaves, one milk one dark. Simple, but delightful all the same.
I'm a social butterfly. Went to a great party last night, going to another this afternoon.
See you.

Yeah I just had some breakfast awhile ago. Another brownie last night. The leaves sound good, I get these Dutch s http://www.droste.nl/data/content/engels/index.php. The company makes what they call a 'pastille' (kind of like a thick coin). Anyway they have one that's half white & half milk as well as one that's half dark & half milk. I really like-as in almost addicted to-their Extra Dark ones, they're 72% cocoa solids! I'm ing just thinking about them! Guess what I'm ning to get?
Enjoy the party & see you!

mindchatham Posted Oct 10, 2006
What are you ning for?
Rasberry creme. Definately not as good as the strawberry creme I had, but great nonetheless.
The Extra Dark look awesome. Lucky you.I'm jealous.
The party was really good. I actually went to three parties over the weekend, and all three of them were great.
Until next time...

Running for ...is there anything better to for, well ok maybe Olympic medals & all that!
Raspberyy jelly not cream, was great nonetheless!
Three parties! Oh you party animal!
Take care & see you!

Yeah, I'm not much of a runner(as if you didn't know).
Hey! Speaking of which, I ran a mile (yes, a MILE) in 10:03. Ten minutes, THREE seconds. I was hoping for under 10 minutes, but oh well.
Chocolate caramel... : I was impressed. I'm not one for caramel. But this didn't really stick to my teeth at all and the was more apparent. Not one for jelly. I hate Jell-O.
I was so tired. One party was 2 hrs, another probably 5 hrs, and the other an hr and a 1/2 long. Better now, though.
see you

Yes I remember you saying that you prefer cycling...10.3, that's pretty good(& just barely over 10, certainly better than 10.53 or 57 or something)!
Yeah, & caramel is a good combination. Great when it's with a caramel syrup or like a caramel sundae topping! Hmm, got me thinking of now...maybe that marzipan bar?
Well, you made it...points for endurance!
Take care & see you!

mindchatham Posted Oct 12, 2006
Thank you. I was also proud.
marzipan bar.... mmm, good! I don't really like carmel toppings, but oh well.
Sorry, not much time to talk.
How's your coffee going?
See you

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted Oct 12, 2006
Yes, very well done!
The marzipan bar was good! We'll just say caramel syrup then!
The roasting is going well...good beans I've tried recntly(IMHO)are Bolivian Organic & Tanzanian Peaberry.
Right see you!

mindchatham Posted Oct 13, 2006
I had a cranberry and pecan cup today. It was great.
I like the sound of that Tanzanian Peaberry.
Talk to you later(Monday)

mmmmm mmmmmm Cranberry & pecan, that sounds great! Maybe ir's a fruit'n'nut thing.
Yes the Tanzanian Peaberry is nice, but then Sumatran & Cuban are also good!
Ok see you Mon.!

Does Wednesday work? Oh well.
Yes, the cranberry pecan was delightful. Know what was even more delightful? I had a French Almond dark yesterday.
Oh, man it was great! I thought that I was in heaven! The only downside is that I don't have any more of those Bissinger's things(the Frenchy was the last one)
I have a 60% cacao espresso bar now. It's pretty
big, but I'm rationing myself. It seems neither of us run out of gourmet and organic to talk about. Strange.
Yes. Have a good day.

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted Oct 18, 2006
Oooh those all sound good!Especially the 60% espresso...I've just got a Ritter Sport bar(minimum 55% cocoa solids), but it's milk ...which is ok for cappucino I guess!

mindchatham Posted Oct 23, 2006
Ooh, nice!
I made some marzipan yesterday. I didn't have any almond paste, so I used almond butter. I'd never had it before, and I must say, it was very good. Still is, in fact.
Talk to you later,
