Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. I've discovered another organic bar that I'm very impressed with...& it's an American bar, so it might be easier for you to find them(made in Colorado) - I'd never seen this brand before. It's called Chocolove( http://www.chocolove.com )& the bars have a poem printed inside the wrapper. I had the 70% Strong Dark bar, which is the only type the store had.
But I notice that they also make a 33% toffee in milk , a 55% dark cherry almond and a 55% dark raspberry, among others! I may e-mail them since you can write to ask that they supply your area. If these were here they night distribute them in Canada, so e-mailing can't hurt.
But see you later!

Whoa! That gave me a good Christmas present idea. Thanks.
I had the last of my Espresso today.
Oh well. I was kind of getting sick of it.
Well, you have a good day!
See you.

Well. I do have one X-mas( you don't mind me saying that, do you? If so, that's fine. I don't really care what you call it, it means the same thing.) present ready. It's more of a joke, though.
I had a turtle brownie today. It was good.
Hey! I have these chocolate-covered coffee beans, and they're really good.
See you later.

No I don't mind...I mean it saves keystrokes! You've got me beat, at this point all I've got is ideas.
I had a triple zucchini(?sp-courgette in The U.K.)muffin & actually I was disappointed with it. it wasn't fresh - in other words very dry(I thought). It was latey, that part was!
I think I have a few covered beans - they Are good! I had to put them away in a spot I don't usually look. That way they last a bit longer...usually!
Yeah see you later.

I think for X-mas this year I'll get all my friends some really cool lamps. You know, the kind with colored glass and the ones that are swively. I like those, and they need lamps(just got an addition on their house, or rather, presently getting one.)
Zucchini bread is good. Too bad it wasn't fresh, though. I'm sorry.
I spilled nearly all of my beans today. I picked them up, though.
I jammed my finger really badly yesterday, it's really swollen and it hurts a lot.
See you

I've done that to different fingers at different times & that's a really uncomfortable nuisance! It hurts when you bump it & suddenly you never realized how often/much you bump it! Except that normally you don't notice bacause the finger isn't hurt/sore.
I think lamps are a great idea & those sound really nice. And yea with the addition they could use a lamp!
Yeah fresh zucchini cake is So nice & moist! Either this recipe used less zucchini, the muffins were baked a bit longer than they needed to be or they were 2 or 3 days old! The bottom part of the muffin-the 'cup' part was a bit moister but not all that much.
Yeahsee you!

With the lamps, I need a bit of help. What color lamps(I want to get three)would go with: a peachy pink(more peach than pink), light ice blue, and an orange juice color? All separately. I'm thinking maybe orange for the peach, foggy green for the blue, and a yellow for the orange juice. Just my opinion. Maybe a tan or brown for the orange.
Ah! Yes, and the worst part was that every time I moved it it hurt! You never realize how much you move your fingers until you can't move them! Luckily my finger was greatly healed over the weekend and is only slightly bruised now. I can move it just about any way I want to.
No for me today
See you

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted Nov 6, 2006
Ah glad the finger's better!
You've got good taste! I'd say orange possibly brown(as contrast)for the peach, definitely the foggy green for the blue & yellow possibly tan for the orange juice.
No ?
Yeahsee you

mindchatham Posted Nov 8, 2006
Yes! All the swelling and bruising has gone away now. You really can't tell the difference! The best part is, though, that I can't either.
Thank you! I'm thinking a navy-ish for the orange. I don't know. I'll see what I can get.
Today I had some really good fudge. Now, I don't like the word 'fudge', but I do like a spot of the noun it indicates now and then.
Hope you are well See you!

Glad the finger's better!!
Hmm yes the navy-ish might be a nice contrast with the orange.
fudge brownies...those're my favorites! In fact I have one waiting for me! From http://www.cookiesbygeorge.com even though they don't mention the brownies. Soyeah I'm doing ok!
see you

I've always thought blue and orange go quite well together.
Not much is going on here. I know this because I tried to think of something interesting to tell you and it didn't work.
...Except for the fact that I told someone today about a strange recurring dream I had that I had never told anyone before. They said it was anxiety related, and it wouldn't surprise me if that was true.
I shall speak to you later + remember I'm not able to come in on weekends anymore!(I apologize about this, but I just don't find time on weekends.)

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted Nov 9, 2006
Ok that's not a problem about weekends! I sometimes get a bit busier then too.
No not much going on here either...I know what you mean, I was trying to think of something - it just wasn't coming though!
Right see you (hopefully with something to talk about)

I am so sorry! First, my computer went haywire, then it wouldn't turn on, and then the internet was so slow I didn't even bother. But I'm back now!(Finally)
Well, I'm preparing for the annual toy drive, as well as just Christmas shopping. It's very difficult, but I do have a couple of presents dealt with.
How are you? Had any good recently?
I'll talk to you later!

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted Nov 17, 2006
Hey that's ok, I've found that if you have/use a computer chances are you'll have problems of one kind or another at some point! You know, somewhere down the road. Now I know what businesses mean when they say "sorry, our computers are down". I almost blurt out something like 'yours' Too! I can't seem to do anything with mine right now......!' Or something like that.
Right that time of year again, I'd best get on the ball & start buying a thing or two. As opposed to the theoretical/'windowshopping' approach. Saying to myself 'oh that'd be perfect for...' or whatever. Gotta watch what kind of I buy - it might not survive until Dec. 25th, or even the 24th! And on that topic...one of the major dept. stores brought in a shipment of Swiss Pralines! I got(& have almost finished)a small box of individually wrapped dark ones with a dark cream center. They have a mocha flavor, but it's milk ...still, it Might be worth a try.
Okwelcome back & talk to you later!

At least most problems can be fixed..... I'm back regularly on my computer now. I'd hate not being able to get on h2g2.
Swiss pralines.... You're lucky.
Actually, I have most of my shopping done. I couldn't find any lamps, but I found something great for my neighbors. They're gold plaques with their names on them. I've got that... I bought a CD for one person, cookies galore for most of my people...I like to take the easy way out. I only have three presents to get. That said, I have a buttload of cards that need to go out. I suppose I'll just use some stationary, though.
Sorry for the long post.Yup. Bye now.

Better safe than sorry, I guess. I'm looking forward to X-mas. Not only will I visit NYC for the first time I will visit my sister. I haven't seen my sister since last year. I usually see her about once or maybe twice a year. Oh, the curses of distant family.
Umm, from tomorrow to Monday I won't be able to get on. Thanksgiving stuff. Just to let you know.
I had some good coffee ice cream today, but no . I did once have the best ice cream ever recently though. It was Haagen-Dazs Mayan Chocolate. Ohh, it was good. Had a bit of cinnomin. It was perfect.
Talk to you Monday!
