h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

This time, capture-the-flag, according to Aerol. We shall see.

Well, I probably won't actually partake in the game itself. I've never really liked Capture the Flag. Plus, I'm a Jedi, so I have the potential for cheating.

"That's okay," said Aerol. "Actually, I was planning on it being between me and Ioreth." He pulled two flags out from his Schrodinger's Box. He then rumamged about some more in the box and six beings that looked like 3D models of humans stepped out.

"...and some Human Action Simulants," added Aerol.

HAC's, huh? Nice. [regards the obvious 3D-esque polygons that make them up] Relatively, I guess.

[side note, outside story] You've seen the previews in Nintendo Power for the multiplayer mode in Perfect Dark, haven't you?

[side note, outside story] "Yes."

[side note, outside story] Oops, sorry, I meant HAS.

ANYWAY...

you're going down, aerol

Right. Just let me get the flags put up...

[goes onto the field, puts the flags up, and returns]

Thank you. I don't know why I needed to do that.

"Thank you," said Aerol. "Take your pick of the HAS's, Ioreth."

All six were completely identical.

I'll take THOSE three.

[gets off the field and into a chair]

"All right," said Aerol. "Let's get to our respective sides."

They did so.

[rushes in] Excuse me, but I was just at the Space Centre, and it seems as though enough parts to make the Death Star were shipped to an unknown point in Hyperspace, they were each billed to the same account, which was called "Eye." That last has Verawn written all over it!

"Are YOU related to Thrawn, Vekura?" asked Aerol.

Side note, outside story: Sorry, gang. I had multiple windows open

"I agree," said Aerol. "Perhaps we ought to go to the Space Centre."

Let's go, then.

I'm here... but I don't like joining fora in the middle.

Perhaps we should stick to capture the flag, for now.

What!? Verawn may be making a Death Star, and you think we should play Capture the Flag? If I hadn't seen you in action during our other two adventures, my opinion of you would be down a couple notches! But, I have, and it isn't, so let's just get to the Space Centre, shall we?
