There's actually a name for it then?
I always knew it as jumping up and down violently and leaping on top of other people.
It always results in really really achey muscles the next day.

Shortness is not usually something to be ashamed of! You shouldn't try to disguise it, it's a blessing! You can get cheap bus fares but see 15 films and above just so long as you have an ID...
And I hate wearing heels.
