I had to phone my bank up the other day and it was bleedin great. Hadnt really needed to before, but i only waited a couple minutes and the nice young lady on the other end of the line was very helpful!

Yep....this one managed to put a deceased indicator on a Clients business account........No reason ever given! Bloooooooming useless!
