Just for you, b... ;-)

Well, let's see...what's going on in the little world of Amanda? Eh? Not a whole heck of a lot. smiley - winkeye

I'm thinking that I've out grown this page...maybe it needs to be toned down a little...maybe I just need something...new!! And exciting!! Like...um...a virtual program that allows you to see what you'd look like after plastic surgery, yeah! Or something that could calculate your taxes for you. That would be nice...

Any ideas? Let me know. smiley - smiley

My cat needs Ritalin

Bouncing off the walls, tormenting the other cat (who wants nothing to do with him), knocking over assorted glasses - just because. I mean, he's always been neurotic. As a kitten he would climb the drapes for hours at a time. He would carry change (spare, loose coins laying about the house) and drop it into his food bowl - he would NOT eat unless there was money in his food bowl.

That is admittedly strange. The pet takes after it's master, no? smiley - winkeye

But this is different...this is incessant meowing, unbridled craziness. Anyone have a tranquilizer gun handy? Mine's at the shop.

"Mini Vacation" - Day 3

I slept. I copied lots and lots o' CDs, and I slept. I'd write more now, but I'm really sleepy. smiley - winkeye

Ummm...right.

Let's all just pretend like that "clone" journal entry doesn't exist. I know nothing about whence it came. smiley - winkeye

"Mini Vacation" - Day 2

It's difficult to realize just how much you hate work while you're there - but I've now had 48 hrs. to contemplate just how much a "career change" would benefit my life. smiley - smiley It's nice to not have to move or talk to anyone if I don't feel like it...

We took a wonderful little trip up the "Great River Road" - a stretch of highway in St. Louis that travels north along the Mississippi River. I'm thinking about writing a piece on it - alas, lately that means "outlining" and idea and letting it sit on my page un-tended to for weeks on end. Productivity is definitely an issue here. If this place where a factory, I'd have been canned a LONG time ago. smiley - winkeye

Today - I will spend as much time downloading mp3's as possible until I collapse from exhaustion. It'll be fun!
