My cat needs Ritalin

Bouncing off the walls, tormenting the other cat (who wants nothing to do with him), knocking over assorted glasses - just because. I mean, he's always been neurotic. As a kitten he would climb the drapes for hours at a time. He would carry change (spare, loose coins laying about the house) and drop it into his food bowl - he would NOT eat unless there was money in his food bowl.
That is admittedly strange. The pet takes after it's master, no?
But this is different...this is incessant meowing, unbridled craziness. Anyone have a tranquilizer gun handy? Mine's at the shop.
