(1) another important rule: let the sentence go on, our work will be to make sense of it if we want it but rather -afterwards-
(2) "Medical insurance inconveinently requires several annoying physical items such as pens which often can usually be found and thought"
(3) Perhaps we should know try to put it that way: the pens we are speaking of are not the normal pens but those that can be found *and* thought **of** by someone special, eg pen-researchers
and then we could try to close the sentence up.
(4) of course that was only in suggestion, and I admit it was partially contrary to (1)
