Ouch!

My knee went out. I thought I was too young to have anything 'go out', but that's it. It went out. I limp. It's fairly frustrating trying to get around. I may have to stay home. Darn. smiley - winkeye

People are Beautiful.

Every now and then I am wonderously reminded that people are truly good and souls do exist. smiley - smiley It makes me incredibly happy. That soft, sweet sort of contentedness reminiscent of a little kid singing, or looking at a sunset and becoming the colour.

What a bunch of WIMPS!

It's been raining for maybe two days. Not even rain, just the sort of precipitation San Diego likes to *call* rain, to add some variation to life. Two days.

And they put out... a COUNTYWIDE FLOOD WARNING. And make it a big deal. Stay inside! Don't drive! Beware the leapord!

There are people SNOWED IN, or suffering HEAT STROKE, or being cloncked by HAILSTONES, and we get a flood warning, and it's the end of the world!

I... am SO ashamed. smiley - winkeye

Modern Twist?

A tale of Love...
Danger...

Richard Wagner's
LOHENGRIN
With John Cleese
as Lohengrin
*and the rest of the Monty Python Cast*

"I'm sorry, sir, but this swan appears to be dead!"
"Dead? It's not dead!"
"It's not dead? It's bloody nailed to the boat!"
-*
"Go on."
"What?"
"Tell me your name."
"Tell you my NAME?"
"Yes. Go on."
"I will not!"
