Sometime World - by Wishbone Ash

Hi

As a man who loves British rock music and prog-rock stlye poetry/lyics here are a set of lyrics I really enjoy. They are beuatifully written, and as with all prog lyrics they manage to transport you to a time and place that is simpler, and more tranquil than is imaginable. I also like these lyrics as they seem to empathise with me (no more elaboration on that point!).

Anyway I hope they are enjoyed by anyone who reads them, and i hope i haven't offended any copyright holders, I'm only putting these lyrics up because I like your work so much.

Enjoy MOL

If theis is my last post, goodbye

Hi, here are views and dedications

Music: support british bands, from as old as sabbath to as new as boyscout, inc, and lights. respect those that have been and gone. for terrorvision and a,p, and s.

Mind: believe nothing you hear read or hear, and only believe half of what you see. No matter how bad, discover the other side of the story. for freedom

Religion: blind faith is no excuse for control or genocide. do not ignore those most important to you for the sake of something that might not even exist. they say god loves you more than you will ever know, but so will you parents. for Ellen.

Politics: always vote, its your only time to speak. for students

life: regret nothing, mistakes make you stronger. for ME

education: Uni's will go because we can't afford to be here. i hope our children will not have to endure the same system this generation has.

I feel every time i write on here i am restricted and bound by the BBC. was it douglas' wish that we should be controlled by the beeb, our voice has been taken, its time to rise, time to take away the panic button, let us express ourselves, without fear. we should decide what is right and wrong on here not an organisation that takes our money. we employ you for a service, never forget that.

what happens if we die and we meet poeple we have delt with, been friends with, and loved are shown in there true form. will the bad die and be hideous, so the beautiful people are genuinely beautiful.

i meet you all when i am beautiful.

Man of Legend, and now you know why, there's irony.

P.S. If you delete this are you taking away freedom of speech. Do you go against the spirt of the human race. let this remain here and let people make up their own minds.

where do we go now

on sat 29th of sept. i saw potentially the last terrorvision show i will ever see. i'm not happy about that. the gig was fantastic and the vision went out in what can only be described as spectacular fashion. there will never be another terrorvision so what will us tv fans listen to now in the way of new music. i have two suggestions, the first is system of a down. this is because they do everything terrorvision did. wacky songs about rubbish, big choruses and some of the most infectious songs in the business. the second is a band local to the derby area called boyscout, while system of a down satisifies the need for high energy lampoonary, boyscout are a different animal. they satisfy our need of the mellower simple rock moments that are wholey innovative none the less. they have also written the catchiest bass line in history in "yoda". unfortunatly because of the close mindedness of the BBC i can't tell you the address of the boyscout website. but i will tell you there on peoplesound go to that website and type in boyscout and download the songs. they are songs recorded yonks ago and they've written many more since, one of which, ironically enough, is called middleman. finally british bands need your support, go out and see them, bombard the radio stations tell them british is best. i took for granted that terrorvision were all ready where they were, and they got shafted by people that don't want to know because they don't have personal connections with fred durst or ross robinson. fists of fury was a better song than tequila and they refused to play it. this band genuinly has a chance lets give it them and wipe out false rock.

Another Terrorvision Tribute

lyrics from "Middleman" the first terrorvision song I ever heard, it was travelling back from Clethorpes (yorkshire coast) the beginning of the summer of 94. It was "love at first sound", and this song has remained one of my favorites of all time ever since.

"You know I couldn't be me
"if it wasn't for you."

Still reeling, but rockin'
