Hello people,
My name is Sengala.
Favourite books:
Dirk Bogarde The complete Autobiogrphy
Sheridan Le Fanu "In a glass darkly"
Andrea Bennet "The Voyage of the Narwhal"
Peter Ackroyd "The life of Thomas More"
Albert Speer "Inside the Third Reich"
DH Lawrence "Sons and Lovers"
Ian Denys Peek "One Fourteenth of an Elephant"
and basically anything to do with history and biography.

I can easily listen to Classical music, Heavy Rock, Cool period jazz and many points in between. I have always had a broad taste.
So for example:

King Crimson
Return to Forever
Black Sabbath
The Stranglers
The Go Betweens
Mozart
Faure
Miles Davies
Thelonius Monk
U2
Green Day

I love dogs and have the cutest Jack Russell cross Fox Terrier. They are such amazing sources of love.

I also love motorcycles which I have been riding for 24yrs. I now have a Yamaha XJR1300. My first brand new bike and its a dream.
At a slower pace I like gardening. I love the smell of damp mulch in the mornings!!
What frustrates me:
Leaders who put everybody elses life in danger because of their own fear and egos.
People who cannot be rock bottom honest. Now I do not expect people to tell me all their secrets of course. Thats non of my buisness. But I do not like it when people for example blame others or make excuses.
I do not like arrogance and boastfulness. Although I will concede that in my youth I could get this confused with confidence.

My defects
I can certainly be a wind up merchant. I get that I am sure from growing up on merseyside.
I can be impatient and if hungry tend to get grumpy.

On the positive side.
I am very accepting of people the way they are and can interact on many levels. After all you cannot change the way others are.
I can live for the day. Yesterdays gone and tomorrow may never arrive sort of thing.
My Favourite colour is British Racing green.

I love the early Bond movies with Sean Connery.
My fav Scifi Movie is Alien. I think it has been a very hard act to follow.

I believe in a God but it is a God that is hard for me to explain. For me it is just a sense of wonder at the World and the Universe and I can quite easily accommodate my beliefs in God, Science and Science fiction.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
