You are obviously too cunning (*sarcastic laughter*)...
However, some of your weevils were lost during the exercise (the combat boot thing was slightly more than a threat - oops). I think a remembrance service should be held at some point.. ( I suggest I participate in a few hours silence soon, as a gesture of respect)

Stay weevilish,

See numerous other fora for apologies on the recent spell of complete nonsense. Frizzychick has been under a lot of stress recently, and is currently taking some time out from her revolutionary career to re-group / dry out.

The secretary - I was 'indisposed' (seeking psychiatric help? ).
He has delusions of grandeur when I let him 'sign' things on my behalf - he is back watering the plants now.

So so I can keep my insanity as innocent and harmless as possible: Hubert doesn't really exist, right?

Frizzychick Posted Nov 9, 1999
No Hubert doesn't really exist
(I can't believe I had to answer that question - you're losing it aren't you)
How do you know I really exist? Maybe it's been Hubert all along?

Please don't go there. The last thing I need to find out is that you're some beer-swilling pig of a man with a very strange bent indeed.

Scary thoughts indeed. No need to worry, I am your friendly neighbourhood penguin (not much better? )
I am a female human being, 29 years of age, of below average height and above average weight/intelligence* (*delete as apllicable)

I remember being 29. Seems like only 5 years ago. When I turned thirty, everybody accused me of being old. Frankly, I never noticed any difference about myself (I still don't, except for the odd gray hair now and then, which my various family members seem to take great joy in walking up to me and saying, 'Oh, look, you've got a gray hair! *pluck*'. "Ow! Leave me alone."
It's karma, I suppose. You make fun of thirty-somethings as a kid by calling them old, but you're just setting yourself up in the end for more of the same treatment.

Oh please don't mention the being thirty soon thing. Not happy about that really - I certainly don't behave like a serious 30-something type person. Have yet to grow up I guess.
And the grey hair started about 15 years ago (a family trait) so I have got totally used to that (hence artificial ginger enhancement). At least you don't have the added 'pressure' of biological clocks and all that baby nonsense.
When I was young, 30 seemed so old - and even now it is sort of daunting... hey, old guy, what's it like being so old?

It's just like being 29. Really, I didn't suffer any psychological effects upon turning thirty. My sense of humour is still just as stupid as it was when I was younger, and I like it that way. I'm immature when I'm having fun, and serious when I'm serious.
One thing I've noticed about getting older is that everyone else you deal with seems to get less competent.

I can't imagine turning 30 will actually affect me at all - but it does seem pretty scary from this proximity. I don't feel old now, so I don't care really .
My biggest fear is my turning into my mother - as the common adage has it. I can see it happening now - certain mannerisms and stuff. That's really scary actually as she is mad as a hatter - (and Gaz if you read this, don't tell her I said that!) - she is turning into her mother - oh the inevitability...

And on that bizarre (but amusing) note, I shall retire for the evening. I was intending to have an early night tonight. I am my own worst enemy.
Night,
Frizz

What a lousy note to end on.
G'night. Tomorrow evening, you should stay off H2G2 and have a long chat with DM about stuff other than H2G2.
