I did the IQ thing on the web afterwards, which had the same time limits etc as the TV version. I got 130, which was lower than last year ... I think I got 138 last year. Still, it's a good score.

I brought linux because I didn't know of any other way of getting it at the time. I couldn't have downloaded it as I would probably still be downloading it on a 56k modem. Anyway I only paided £10.

So, you and I have the same IQ ...

Yeah, I'll let you off if you had a 56k connection. I just shared my CDs with people, including one person in Wales who I actually posted my CDs to, just to save him a bit of cash.

One week on returns

I'm dealing with the backlog of sub-editing stuff that built up over my report-writing days now, and teaching myself the inner workings of Emacs from an O'Reilly.

Oh, and I'm getting married in two days!

Me, I'm fine, I've got a week extension on both of my assignments and I'm looking forward to seeing The Matrix: Reloaded

Heh, I said it that way on purpose. Of course I'm actually really happy about it!

I might go to see TM:R when the hype dies down. I liked the first one, but it's not that amazing (not when you've seen _really_ good mind-messing films like Jacob's Ladder and A Clockwork Orange anyway).

My first exam is on my 21st birthday...
