lodge tomorrow night will be a short one, we are in a small room, not the large concert room and we are limited to 7pm to 9pm in it

if there's a birthday do or other sort booked,(the concert room is hired), we are in there 8pm till 9.30/10pm normally , but the middle room we have to do 7/9pm because members use it, as against the snooker/games open room

grins, it's supposed to shut at 11.pm, but if concert room booked, then club stays open till 11.30pm, but you can say at least 12.00 before we wind up

at my ex local pub/bar, there were two guys from up north - totally different dialect and when they went home at the weekend to their families. They were going out one night and one of them said "mind that 'ole(as in hole) next second his relative fell down ithe said why didn't you tell me there was an "hole" there he thought he'd said OIL, so moved so not to tread on the patch of "OIL"
