I see by the 'tag' that a day is very close. I'll just drop a wish for a perfect visit, ideal weather, and every possible best circumstance through-out for the both of you.

So just as a btw, ... might you be relocating your entire home again in the next year or so? Milady and I are planning a trip to the UK for our 20th anniversary in September 2007. So if you happen to have "shifted" geographically ...

I don't think I'll be 'relocated' next September, no.
First of all, I'm in Uni till this summer; hoping I won't need to do another semester or something. Depends on a bunch of stuff.

I'm also trying to save money for a plane ticket to Seattle, but that'll take a while.

So I can't see myself going anywhere else, really - not much point in that, is there?

I've just talked to him. He's in London now - has been for the last couple of hours. And there's still a lot of time till his flight leaves from there to Tel Aviv.
But still... getting sooner and sooner.

London, eh? Well more than half-way then. I've heard that polite and courteous will get you a long way there. Like most countries, with perhaps France being an exception.

Anyway, I expect you'll be fully off-line for the next while. So I'll again wish you every happiness and enjoyment of the visit.

Ah well.

Oh dear, I'd hoped he wouldn't play the "typical" American abroad. Displaying arrogance and an attitude of entitlement. I've seen more than enough of that with 'visitors' to the different parts of Canada that I've lived in. Many of them seem to assume that the rest of the world MUST provide everything they are accustomed to.

Oh well, perhaps he'll still manage to find some enjoyment in England. I know that I am certainly looking forward to getting there next year, meeting and knowing the people and their ways.

Ah, no, he's not at all that sort of an American tourist!

He just doesn't really like it there... which I think is understandable. After all, this (very long) wait between flights is just another thing standing in the way of us being together.
Not long left now, but it's still too long.

I've always found places to be as good or bad as you wanna make them. But maybe that's just me.
