LP, I have this problem too. It's been especially bad of late what with all that silly contagion floating about. And it's so unfair living 12 hours ahead of GMT as h2 hots up every night just as I need to go to sleep
Sometimes I try and have a rule of not logging on after 10.30pm Doesn't often work though.
I tried setting my computer to shut down automatically everyday at 10.30pm, but what it does is give me a warning of shut down and then a choice of what I want to do
I always thought h2 needed a Society of Mothers who went around telling people when it was time to go to bed (or have dinner or whatever).
People could register as needing a Mother, and then get assigned one who checked up on them each night (I've never used that smiley before).
kea.

I know what you're talking about - I mean, the 2-hour difference is bad enough, with people only starting to re-appear after their evening activities when it's about midnight here...
And the Mother thing sounds like a good idea - only I've already got one at home, and it doesn't seem to be working that well.

It's just turned midnight here
My mother has no idea what I get up to, thankfully.
Maybe we need a good to go around telling us when to go to bed then.

I've found the perfect solution - remove the keys from your keyboard.
Typing takes longer, and you eventually get fed up and get on with something useful...

Let's all just go to bed together, taking our laptops with us, bet you can get nice cuddly covers for them.
Those poor souls without laptops should merely rearrange their bedrooms so that the bed is an optional pull out drawer in the computer desk.
sleep....hmm, i read about that somewhere, it's something non hooters do i am told....we are obviously more highly evolved.

See, I used to think that, but then again, all that photocopying of notes from the classes I fell asleep in can get rather expensive...

Well, so far so good... but the downside of this is that I seem to be missing quite a lot of my friends. Especially now that I'm in Uni most of the day.
*sigh* I guess you can't have it all, eh?
Those Uni computers are insane!! Not only are they incredibly slow, they keep forgetting I'm signed in, so posting anything becomes a long and annoying process.
I think I better be out of here before I miss the shuttle.
