Ah. I see. I think wearing boxers would feel weird to me. I do have a lovely red flannel pair though.

I want to go put my warm pj's on. My feet are all cold. Also everyone in the house is being boring and I want to do something fun!!

I thought you didn't have school on Fridays. (???)

On the subject of days without school; does Canada have Martin Luther King Jr. Day?

I do. It was just for that one semester that I didnt. It was glorious, but now I'm glad I don't get them off. I love going to school on Friday. I get really screwed up though because for some reason I seem to consistently think that Thursday is Friday. I dont know why it feels that way.

We do, but we don't get the day off.

How unfair! Riot in the streets I say!

Why is it so great to go to school on Friday?

Well my two English classes aren't too bad. But the real reason is that Friday is one of my history class days and so I get to see my beloved history professor.

Good reason I think.

Do you have class on Fridays?

I have "10:15 on a Saturday Night" stuck in my head.

I just finished watching "The Hound of the Baskervilles" with Christopher Lee as Sir Henry. There were many things wrong with it.
I never realised that Christopher Lee was so tall!!!!

Wow! I just got a reply to the email I sent my long lost uncle! That's amazing!

I'm going to read the Oddessy now and then go to bed,

What happens in it?

Maybe he was just surrounded by short people. smiley - winkeye

Why is he a "long lost" uncle?

"Yep."
Do you like that?

~*~I just finished watching "The Hound of the Baskervilles" with Christopher Lee as Sir Henry. There were many things wrong with it.~*~
"What happens in it?"
Well Miss Stapleton is supposed to be Mr. Stapeton's sister not his daughter. Miss Stapleton is supposed to be essentially innocent and also in love with Sir Henry, not an evil accomplice. The bits with Dr. Mortimor didn't make much sense. I think they were trying to mislead us and make him look guilty but by doing that in the end it didn't make sense why he did some of the things he did if he wasn't guilty. Also the ending was all wrong. Mr Stapleton was supposed to die on the moor not get shot. The hound didn't glow like it was supposed to. Why was there a tarantula at the beginning of the movie? Why was the character with the telescope a bishop instead of a land owner? Mr. Stapleton was supposed to be rather wealthy and a land owner... not some piddly farmer on Sir Henry's estate! If he was just a farmer he could never have invited Sir Henry and friends to dinner! That's just socially incorrect! And he was NOT from spain and neither was his stupid daughter!!!! And what was the whole scene in the mine about?

It was a perfectly good story, I don't see why they went and messed around with it.

~*~I never realised that Christopher Lee was so tall!!!!~*~
"Maybe he was just surrounded by short people. "
Possibly, but I doubt it. He isnt quite right for Dracula either, but the height does help I think.

"Why is he a "long lost" uncle?"
Because I haven't seen him in about seven years and I haven't written him in three.

Of course not! Burn the school down! Anarchy! Killing! Let there be no survivors!

But I digress.

smiley - laugh You are silly.

It's not much fun if the school burns down. Even if it only catches fire.... Everything is covered in soot and you only get a few days off while they find somewhere else to have classes. Besides, you're paying to go right? So you wouldn't want that to happen...

Old habits die hard.

That is unfortunately very true. It's so hard to break them. I have a magnet that says habits are like a warm soft bed. Easy to get into and hard to get out of. So true.

I don't think all habits are bad though. My entire family has a habit of putting the milk in the fridge.

And laughing during arguments.

Post 37

Yes, that's very true. Why is it that its the good habits that are so hard to get and the bad ones so easy?
