I'm off to something called 'Action Lab' later today!
It's a BBC ideas/bonding session down at an obscure BBC building called Kingswood Warren in Surrey. I've got to stay the night in a nearby hotel with a mixed assortment of other BBC peeps and continue on Thursday. I'd much rather come home, I really miss Mark when I'm away! 
I'm probably not going to be online till Friday from this afternoon, but keep the news coming, I'll read it all when I get back!

Well I've got my mobile!
Not sure about the computers - I'll check my email if I can, but I think the idea is that we get away from the office for a while and interact face-to-face with a few people.

Oh dear, sounds like one of those 'management' courses where they get you to do silly things like standing in the middle of a crowded room jumping up and down on one leg singing the Honduran National Anthem just to build up your self-confidence 
and spend a lot of time talking about things like 'synergy'

You're absolutely spot on, it's definitely one of those.
I've been asked to come along with a photo of me stuck to a bit of jigsaw puzzle (provided by them in advance).
I've got a nice one of my son pretending to attack me with a knife, I'm going to use that one.
