Bill arrives - 195 pounds divided between four people.
I have 7 quid in my bank account
Also get reminded by the [Nice person] who owns the internet that the end of the months soon approaching and I'll owe him money for the internet. Well dur

Monday
Having spent the entire night listing items for sale and painting, realises through sales alone that he's made enough to relax for a week, with money left over for food.

Hmmm the question is, having been up for 24 hours or more now, do I press the advantage and hammer away some more. I have a suit for sale, some other gubbinz... hmmmm it would make for a very cool few weeks (Loan is officially a month away :D).

Were I in a better state of mind I'd probably go to bed.

Were the world a better place...

That RND thing is doing my head in

Right, you may all remember the red nose day thing with peter kay and matt lucas - suffice to say I was chuffed to bits at it and not just for the bobby davro bit.

Anyway

Theres an actress on neighbours called Eliza Taylor-Cotter and I think she was in it. In fact its doing my head in because I keep seeing her crop up in the same place with the same other actresses.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eliza_Taylor-Cotter (in case you were unsure)

She appears after the quo and david tennant at roughly 3:18, stood between Cilla (played by wendi peters), and Fiz (Jennie McAlpine).

Now these three have all popped up together before but I've paid no attention. Now I'm annoyed because theres clearly some connection but I cant find out what and the internet is fairly magical at these things so it should be that hard

Night of long knives (and food update!)

In reverse order...

The tank I started doing as a comission has become a minor celebrity, and on the forum I usually go on its led to offers of food - I bizarrely have one guy sending me an army rations pack, and another wanting to pay me in food for my painting as he doesnt have anymoney. Truely this is a great time I live in.

And on to...

Last night Anthony quite the film production society. He's the guy who helped me set it up, but over the last 3 months he's been impossible to work with to the point where he's not doing what hes there for. Anyways, I told him what was going to happen and he quit.

The next day max, our PR man who hasnt attended any meetings also left, and Justine looks to be going the same way.

Two days, and I've been given the opportunity to revamp my committee entirely. I have James whose the coolest guy on the course coming on board to be treasurer and likely successor, I have Justine who'll likely wing it through till next year (I live in hope) and Shak whose potentially the best PR officer since something magical.

And last night I got a suprise.

Casually walking home after being up 24 hours, I got a phone call asking where I was, only to see nikki driving past me. So exhausted was I that I sat on the doorstep stunned, and had to pinch her to make sure she was real. Turns out she was, and does no approve of my new bedroom layout...

Neon Bible

So I went to Mr. Bank yesterday to get more cash (kinda ran out.. two months early).

Anyway, goes in. 'No problem mr Roles, you've never gone over before, and your loans comes in April, so have another 100 quid'
'And If i get stuck'
'Just come in and we'll have a chat'

Woo says I, taking my new found wealth coupled with a sense of responsibility I walk past HMV and see Neon Bible by the Arcade Fire - the album I've waited ages for. Something tells me I'll be back at the bank sooner rather later.

Anyways, its great, and I'm gutted I'm not off to see them when they tour as they'd be great. They tend to do small intimate gigs, end up wandering into the crowd, or taking all the gubbinz outside and doing a set in the street (check out adam buxtons blog for an example).

The album? Well its the arcade fire, and there like Marmite, but this ones kinda different and I can see more people liking it. In fact I can see it turning up more generally. If you can get it for a tenner then go for it.

Its a summer album too, well I reckon. Its pretty much exactly what I need right now at this time in my life. Which is all good really.
