Ah, yes. How did I find myself here in the pages of H2G2? Well, now, of all the places I've been and of all the establishments I have worked for, the Mawnagement of the Atelier has been the most forthcoming in benefits and generally good working environment. As a matter of fact, I dare say I was hired on without even a second thought by the proprietor. I took rawther quickly to my duties as Usher, Concessionaire, and Mawster at Arms (Bouncer, if you must know) at the Theatre for the 2002-2003 Holiday Pantomime. Talk about job security! I had envisioned a short probationary period for a one-week run of a play, and it turned out to be fully eight months of steady work!

As if that were not enough excitement, at one point during the Panto, a Mr B4 came up with a rawther ingenious way for me breathe a bit easier and have the elbow room I so desperately needed. In a trice, I found myself transported to the Ffordeian Rift and began an even greater adventure that, at the juncture of this entry, the details had not yet been chronicled.
