How am i your wish you never asked now.
im not well again i had to see the dr last night as an emergancy.
I have got a chest infection again and eye infection too
so i have blurd vision one eye swollen so cant see well anyway
My shoulder is painful i think the cold isnt helping it
SO yet again im walking round like a human chemist.
its doing my head in as soon as im over one thing i get another. its only been a month since i got over pnumonia now this.
I should be used of it by now with haveing a low emune system and one not so good lung im prone to everything

realy gets me down.

Yeh always things still to do and get got shopping to do tuesday then on xmas eve its lots of bakeing and getting everything ready for the day.

you think its been winding down not for us ace's it hasnt we have been realy busy last few weeks especially last couple of days.

You got a low immune system then, I hade it for a time Not nice. water fixed my system half a point of boiled water with a spoonful of sugar three times a day, for 4 months. works well especially if your a tea drinker like me, no tea was a bit hard. got to like coffee

We are having a staggered xmas this year working to clean up the water supply in missy's new house, new water heater some new pipes and lot of new plumbing fitting. but it's almost done. be finish first week in January now. we will have Christmas day off just for the kids and then back at it until new years day. well that's the plan...

You try leaving a iron carpentry tool in the cold water system of a house of a 4 ish years, that'll cure more forms of iron defeasance in the occupiers than any pills can we (that's the three adults) have iron levels 3+ time more than normal ) it really makes you feel funny when you walk past magnets. and TV and other electrical goods you know.

A Dent - you have a dirty, dirty mind! I've just been a bit knackered of late. No hootooing. Having got over the throat thing my appendix is now playing up, and by the time I get home from work I'm too tired to do anything but sit on the sofa and read. Doctor won't do anything, but if it's still going after x-mas is over I'll go see him again an see if I can get referred. But I don't really want to end up in hoppytal anytime soon.

Midnight hunny Hope you start feeling better soon. I know how you must be feling, having been ill with one virus after another for several months. Immune systems can be crap at times!

O well last day of work, at work , puts 4, 24 packs and some mince pies and a pile of mars, crunches, bounties, and Turkish delight bars in the frig , and the new clotty is hanging up over the cooker.

O over to Missy's to finish the alarm and the last bit of plumbing tomorrow, O and put up the new bunk beds and wirer up the smoke detectors, then I've got some play time..


Right dinner, what to have for dinner.....

San Francisco Pork Chops..... me thinks

1 tablespoon vegetable
4 pork chops
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons salt free broth
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
2 small green side salad for 2
2 packages noodles, cooked plain without seasoning.

Ring the bells, the Christmas bells;
Chime out the wondrous story;
First in song on Angel tongues
It came from realms of glory;
Peace on earth, good-will to men,
Angelic voices ringing
Christ the Lord to earth has come,
His glorious message bringing.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Add garlic to skillet and stir for one minute.
Chorus

Ring the merry Christmas bells;

Mix together sesame oil, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, until chops are cooked. Remove chops from the pan.

Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to skillet and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
