I was expecting something a bit more 'Spaced' You know, subtle ...
Stayed up way too late watching 'Spaced' last night, in fact I find it impossible *not* to do that every now and again.

I've not watched Spaced for a while now. I bought Scrubs series 2 yesterday, I've watched 18 out of about 24 episodes
They had a great Star Wars bit in series one of that:

Hey! That one was on TV yesterday afternoon
(Afternoon Scrubs is making a mess of my life I went cold turkey today: "It's been 36 hours since my last episode of Scrubs")

That episode was on?
I've decided that I must take a break from it tonight. I went back to the movie shop today and bought Flight of the Navigator I'd forgotten all about that film

I've never seen that ... but, oddly enough, it was on the 'Spaced' DVD commentary (Edgar Wright uses the unfortunate phrase 'plight of the spastics' and Simon Pegg goes 'Isn't that the sequel to Flight of the Navigator?' )
I think I may have watched 'Spaced' enough times now
I picked up a v. cheap DVD of John Bormann's 'Excalibur' today - haven't seen it in years. I've got to stop buying bargain bin DVDs though.

I forgot to thank you for the election's best ever jingle, by the way - I stuck it up on our campaign page

I've only listened to the commentary once, but there are some gems in there. Fried gold, I should say.
I can only remember one quote from the Shaun of the Dead commentary, not word perfect though:
"Edgar: Jessica is actually a CGI character. She actually has got the sort of the Jar Jar Binks kind of hair thing going there aswell.
Simon: Don't mention that man."
I watched Mad Dog and Glory, btw and really enjoyed it I'm waiting for my Quickchange video from Ebay, hope it gets delivered tommorow
doo, doo, doo

I've never listened to the commentary on my Shaun of the Dead DVD!
Well, that's my evening gone - how can I not have done that before?
I love it when postie brings prezzies!

Your next four nights are gone There's a commentary with Simon and Edgar, another with Simon, Edgar and the main cast, another with Bill Nighy and his screen wife and then another with some zombie extras

Trin Tragula Posted Sep 15, 2005
Or do I mean ?
I've just had a look - there must be at least a week's worth of extras on there. I think I must just have watched it and thought "I'll get to that later"
I've got a shelf-load of DVDs I haven't watched yet That's why I've *got* to stay away from the bargain bins. Those things are evil.

Right - I got through the Simon and Edgar commentary, most of the outtakes and the Coldplay on T4 bit. Bit of a nap, then I'll move on

As soon as I see the sale on at the ovie shop, I run there I always buy something that I'll watch once and never again, but don't want to sell off on ebay I should just go to the video rental shop
I don't think I've watched the Coldplay bit, must watch that.
The bit with the bloke who wan't...There's so much I want to type about Lost, but know I can't

Er ... *wonders whether to mention this* ... Bill? ... elephant? ... You've set the video, yes?
The Coldplay bit is quite funny, actually Didn't someone start an 'I Hate Coldplay' thread somewhere recently?

Oh god! I forgot all about it! Is it on tonight or tommorow?
Someone started a "What can we do about the people who listen to Coldplay?" thead. Please, say you like them

Trin Tragula Posted Sep 16, 2005
It's tonight You've missed the first hour, I think.
Weeell ... yes, I do like them Though this album not as much as the second. And that one not as much as the first.

Damn you Lost
I can't stay mad at Lost though, you get slightly disappointed but then the next episode is great It's the show that keeps on giving
Yay! A supporter!
I bought the third album, but it made me want to listen to the second album over and over again. I've not listened to the first for a while, might have to go to sleep listening to that one tonight.

It must be easy to forgive 'Lost' when there's so much of it about E4 keep trailing the sneaky peek episodes over and over again, but, dammit, I'm not caving!
I think a lot of the Coldplay backlash is just perfectly normal 'oo they're big now so I can't like them' stuff. Give it ten years and they'll all be going to Coldplay revival nights
Key: Complain about this post
