i have the new silver hand remote, and sent the grey one back, i have the original k/board (telewest active digital)

i only cancelled the internet a month back, but they dont want the modem or cables back.

the one good thing in my favour with tw is that i have one of the d4000 boxes, when others are having probs getting emails, mine seems to keep up speed.i can run off a page of emails in less the 10 mins if i wanted.jim

mine cannot open email over certain number of bytes

its sounds like you have the 1000 or 2ooo,have you asked tw to upgrade you to a newer model

with mine i can acsept emails from a pc in full i mg, but if i try to forward it, the bottom of the email is cut off,and over a third would be lost.

can you receive small 20kb to 25kb pics,i can

sometime they take a few attemps to open,i have a set of nametag pics i have on my emails.

i am speaking to a tw man and he claims that the box model is irrellevent

if you know kow,ask him what diff there is in the boxes, beleive me they do make a diff.

i had the 2000 one and it wouldnt let me on the emails for most of the day, then i got the d4000 i have now,and its fast and reliable,

there was a new one,the atlantic that was to be the best, but from what ive heard from a few that got one, they dont mesure up to the d3000 or 4000.

most of the problems is the changing of formats, when we had the ld, it was slow, but at least there was more to get your teeth in, and we had unlimited store, now its acording to the size of emails you store,min could be 5 pages max 10 at a push.jim

still recovering from the longest trip ive done in ages,i was shattered when i got back, but the trip was worth it, jim

did a bit of shopping myself and then went to a mates to help him with his comp' sort a bit of junk out for him

If you're talking bout digi boxes, mines an EXPLORER 4000DVB, is that the same... Wot's the difference with the boxes anyway???
