I am hesitant at putting my entry A5972718 in the Edited Guide at the mo due to a lot of my other entries sitting around in the Edited Guide and PR forums.

Are you remembering to keep posting on the threads of your other entries? Otherwise Scouts and whatnot don't know if it's done or not, and might think you'e forgotten about it.
