Sounds like a good agreement. Son #1 has a key for our flat, so he can always come here.

Our problem is that Vestie Jr does treat it like it's his own. His room is the worst in the house!

I had to bring in a new phrase in our household for my son to know there was no way round doing certain tasks. It was "No screens until the is done."
Before that we had said things like "Don't play on the computer until you've done it!" and we'd find him on the games console (By the way I don't think that games do console. I think they just numb). Then we would say not to play on the console and we'd find him watching TV

my 2 kids were health and safety conscious if they saw a piece of fluff on the floor, they'd walk round it in case they tripped up over it
and they believed in vampires, but they looked like hoover's,because mention that word and they ran off screaming

"Can you hear someone in a vaccuum?"
It depends if they turn it on or not.

My aunt has a lovely sign in her yard - "Pity you weren't here last week, when my garden was looking its best..."

If a weed is just a flower in the wrong place what is a pile of bricks, a discarded old wheel, a broken bike and a pile of old rotting fence posts?

Deconstructivist architecture. A green deconstructivist architectural folly, to be precise, since its purpose is merely decorative and you're using recycled materials
