I'd have quite liked that. It's getting in to the wrong time of year for the "buy a van and garden my way round Europe" scheme too, sadly.

Well, Turkish-German I suppose. Food and language wise it was a bit of a blend of both, really.

which makes me wonder: are muslims allowed to eat truffles if those are harvested by truffle pigs

excellent point .. and what if the truffle is found by a dog? would that then be a halal truffle? or not?
something completely different, it seems truffles are smelled from miles distance by female pigs because a truffle smells like a boar.
I'll have pork chops never mind the truffles

don't look at me. i took a food class and cooked for several hours last night. onion soup followed by roast duck. both were good with
and tonight i'll be cooking with a few friends. later we'll be watching champions league
and yes, i guess we'll have with that as well

i refuse to cook alone. standing up peeling potatoes and onions and fillet lemons was hard on my back and legs
