I've done it once in Misc. Chat, Games and Ask! See what happens?

pailaway - (an utterly gratuitous link in the evolutionary chain) Posted Jan 7, 2008
Poor Skankyrich - and I just directed someone in PR to find out about beeblecasting here in this thread. 2legs is to blame, of course.
And speaking of which - I found the music entirely blameworthy and the prospect of cowbell is the pinnacle of blameworthiness. So, here's to 2legs, blame him
And to the rest of you as well all around
Now I suppose I'll have to go and subscribe to Skankyrich's journal

I've just had a look at the PR thread you mention. I think it would be great for the AViators once the entry is edited. Good thinking there, paily!

Oh, and I've just had a look at the threads you posted, Einmoto. I thought you intended to write a journal about it.
Let's hope for some positive feedback.

I can do that as well, Bel, but that takes a little more time!

Best not, three threads are more than enough, could already be considered as spamming as it is. I'd have stopped you had I guessed, but I really thought you were asking about publishing a journal.

all around. My dialup is so slow that I usually avoid even short videos like YouTube (they take almost an hour to download) but this was worth it.
I especially liked the Inbox/Outbox one. I use what I call the Sedimentary System at my house. Every horizontal surface is covered in stuff that I know I will need someday; if only I can get a round tuit. I have one, I know, under some stuff somewhere. Probably between layers of barbequed bones of some by now extinct species.

A friend of mine has the same problem: it took him nearly two hours to download it because of his slow connection, which is why this was the first time he has ever visited YouTube. Like you, he said it was worth it, though. Thanks for your patience and feedback.

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Jan 7, 2008
I find out even with my fast Cable Broadband (it is I believe still the fastest availiable to home user's as opposed to bisunesses), that on UTube I can only really get stuff to work if I watch it in the Morning here in the UK; later on in the day and other bits of the world are waking up and the site itself gets really slow and buffering gets way out of control

I've got a 20Mb connection and still find YouTube a tad dodge

20Mb
No wonder hootoo goes slow sometimes - it plainly has to dedicate all of it's meagre computing power to servicing your high-bandwidth requests!
Key: Complain about this post
