Long time ago in HootooLand,
B’El wrote a post, but it was banned,
The problem was a mystery,
The rest, it seems, was history,
She wrote a journal of the ban,
And so it was that Yikes began,
Her friends looked in to see what’s what,
The thread became a meeting spot,
But B’El was having none of this,
And so we found Post 166,
“I now declare this journal closed”,
But we refused, we were opposed,
The thread was fun, despite its cause,
We carried on without a pause,
Adding daily to its length,
The Yikes thread went from strength to strength,
And so we find that on this day,
That Yikes has reached 100k,
I wasn’t in it at the start,
But feel that I became a part,
And through this thread I made good friends,
But now B’El asks that here it ends,
And so here’s what we all should do –
Let’s raise a glass, and toast Yikes 2!!
