recovered enough ... apart from the headaches! But they'll recede over time

You'll love this - the headaches are going............to be replaced by a crooked knee - a small cricket injury from Sunday - why didn't my knee follow me when I changed direction suddenly??

They're playing cricket outside my study window...every time they come out with their bats, balls and wickets, it flings it down lol

Yesterday they were playing in the rain and only gave up at lunchtime when it became like stair - rods.

Actually I've jusr looked out ( a break in the Report writing) and rain has stopped play again...ah the English Summer

I was married to a Rugby player...he used to come home every Saturday with some minor injury or other...not a lot of sympathy given However, when he tore his ligaments, that was a different matter.(On crutches for about 6 months or it seemed like that!)

It happens I'm afraid - I suspect it';s my final fling at trying to be young! Sad I know - but it means a lot to me - not being young - just making my body beleive it's still possible!

Sorry - it's my phraseology - It means a lot to me to be able to control my physical self - I'm in charge of my own body type of thing - not the other way round
