Ev's gone shopping and I've been busy ish
Yes I bake a bit - used to do it properly for a hotel but that was years ago
When is the London meet? I'd guess if it's a Saturday I may be cricketing - but it would be nice

According to my calender its the 16th July - which is a Saturday... but you could always bring your gear and we could attempt a few overs?

Arra, go on - you know you want to
It'd be more than interesting - it'd be fun!
Fairly serious - well, serious for here, sort of question... I know you spin the bat to see whose team goes first... but whats the expression? When you flip a coin, its heads or tails, isn't it?
Whats the cricket-y expression?
(If you're bringing all the paraphernailia then I'd better learn some technical terms, I suppose.)

It was something my dad told me about - he was a cricket nut, too.
Looked at your fixtures yet, if I may be that personal and inquisitive?
Waves to Smurfles in passing - hopefuly catch you a bit later on this morning?

Rats! And there was I thinking you'd joined Julie Walters in her nude
Calender for one brief (and slightly .... mindblowing(?) moment!
Did you ever get to see Calender Girls? I thought it was brillian - infact, so good I even got hold of a copy of the video. Worth it for the sound track alone, never mind the brilliant acting!

That *is* odd S'hhh - I can't see what there is in her *not* to like, but then, as you say, different strokes for different folks... all comes down to personal prefence, doesn't it?
I used to feel like that about Julie Walters - and then it sudenly clicked I was mixing the charactors she played with the actress - which convinced me she must be damned good - I don't usually make that mistake! (Lots of others, but not that one, usually)
Funnilly enough, another actress I dislike, superbe as she is, is Maggie Smith - and like you, I don't really know why.
Saw her and Judi Dench in Lavender Ladies a few months back - another marvellous film. But then, I'd watch Judi Dench act in anything, I think she's remarkable, myself.

I think it's the sort of "pinched" face that she has - same as Maggie Smith
But you are right - Judi Dench is fantastic - even if she is a little "pinched" herself like
