Finally after 20 long weeks (+ 1 week clean up) the crushing season is over 
1,000,000 tonnes of sugar cane crushed...........
170,000 tonnes raw sugar produced.........

My holiday

what a weekend
This resort was sooo posh
Had a two room suite with a spa bath on the edge of their man made lagoon, so relaxing
The trip down took 3 and 1/2 hours, saw no accidents and only three break downs
Got lost finding the place (normal)
Got booked in
Had a couple of 
, and it was time for our massages....... didn't realise my shoulder was so bad
Went for walk to beach, and along it, Majestic
Back to room for spa bath and more
Dinner was our freebie
Seafood buffet, bit poor, drinks cost a fortune, but
had 3 plates of huge prawns (small plates), also mussels and oysters, did have a touch of salad to round things out 
Dessert: 
mud cake + mousse, covered with sauce, and sprinkles ! !
Heavenly
Back in room, was going to watch a movie but fell asleep on lounge ! !
Fresh air is not healthy ! !
Sunday morning,up early from falling asleep early
Went for walk on beach and watched sunrise
Had whole beach to ourselves........
Brekky on patio overlooking lagoon,
Another spa bath to recover from walk........
Loverly
Trip home took 4 hours
got stuck in traffic and roadworks, oh, and got on to wrong road for a bit !
Once home
Several
and a brief nap
Back to earth now

Bad Days-A whinge

Have you ever had one of those days when it seems the whole world id against you?
Well I have just had one.
First ,my hubby, Gray, is away, so I am bored and lonely and last night dart dragged on,so I had a late night.I knew ntoday would be a long day packing wise,so a latr night was bad.
Got up after a horrible night,(all sorts of weird noises)at 5 am.
Went to work and the shed boss just seemed to pick on me all day.kept changing my lane and going through my boxes,too much scarred stuff or I was putting too much to juice,I just couldn't get it right,then stuck me on the grader (never done it before)and kept yelling at me.The speed of the grader going passed just made me feel sick.We finished the mandarins at half 5, then they sprung several bins of oranges on us, and then, to top it off, because we are off for easter we had to do a special clean with this funny smelling stuff before we could go home.It took twice as long as a normal clean up.Not a word of thank. just a, "push off,you're taking to long!"
Normally I'm really easy going but today,I've just had enough and coming home to an empty house made it worse.
I just want my hubby back! ! !

annd maybe a shoulder to on.
I feel so much better now
Time for a 
, a hot shower (my shoulders are killing me)and go to bed.
Tomorrow is another day and my hubby will be home. yay
