I'll cut you fine folks a deal.
I'll give you a quick update on why I'm back, what's changed since I was last round here, and promise to stick around for a while.
In return, you can tell me what I've missed recently.
Anyway, I've just started reading Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. It reminded me why I love DNA, and how much I enjoyed my years on h2g2. So I thought I'd best give things another shot. For old times' sake.

> We own two cats (Han and Chewie), who are a little over a year old.
> I've had a decent promotion
> I'm still running the blog (Unmemorable Title)
> I spend lots of time on Twitter @Mr603
> In order to maintain personal brand continuity on h2g2, I've dropped the "Psycorp" and added a "Mr".
> What's brown and sticky?
> A stick.
Right. Now it's your turn. What have I missed?

Spotted that one. Don't hold out much hope of it being any good though! (given the horrendous BBC News Page redesign)

Those who've been in London for testing it were rather pleased, so I haven't completely given up hope yet.
I'd happily go with whatever redesign if we weren't more and more moderated for the most innocent things.

I don't know, I'm always so busy I can hardly keep up with community threads.

As far as I can see hootoo is exactly the same, except smaller.
Dunno how much has changed since I went to the BBC to do some testing but the look was more like the main bbc.co.uk site rather than the new news site.
I was impressed with what I saw; but then I get excited at all sorts of new things which on reflection turn out not to be quite as good as I thought (for example I quited liked Iron Man 2 in the flicks, a second viewing confirmed it was rubbish).

Or that the design hasn't changed substantially since they all saw it?

Less rubbish since we ditched deadweight like Doyle and McSheffrey.
As we'll demonstrate today when we do to Coventry what we did to Mu Beta's shower last week.
