Initial Thoughts About Self
I don't think I'm that unusual a person, just different. And selfish, though I try frequently not to be.
My guiding philosophies seem to appear of their own free will, usually when expressed by or embodied in the words , actions or lives of people I admire. Like Douglas Adams, who has posthumously led me to this site via The Salmon of Doubt. And Stephen Fry, coincidentally a friend and admirer of the aforementioned. Many others too, whom I shall recall intermittently.Right now, though I have too muddled and tired a mind for that.
I am here because time marches on and my brain isn't keeping up. I need intellectual stimulation, as well as access to a good dictionary.
Thats it for now I think, but it definitely isn't IT. I am here to interact. I just need to settle in a bit.ttfn.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
