don't know if you've seen it but if I was a bookshop owner I'd model myself on Bernard Black from Black Books 
hes an alcoholic chainsmoking booklover who hates almost everybody, so it wouldn't require much change to turn myself into a duplicate, just a bookshop really

I won't then but I hope that I can shout at the customers and be rude to them and not open until 10:00 and close at 15:00 like Bernard does

theres this lovely lady here that works at one of the 2nd hand book stores, and she makes tea and gives out cookies to the staff every afternoon.
