Wow, I have some good luck lately. Or is it more than luck. Do I put myself down too much? mm, maybe.
I have just become the proud owner of a First Aid at Work certificate. 
I am now qualified. Hoorah. Just hope I never have to use it on anyone.
Anyone else got any good news? I like it whn things go right for people.

I did not go Ape at work yet, no, but may well on Monday, I have all weekend to plan what I am going to say. And say it I will.

i recommend incorporated at least five "F**ks" and 10 "S#!ts"
i just got done working out.
some middle aged fat woman totally pi$$ed me off 
i won't bore you with the details but the short story is that she stole the machine i was on and wouldn't let me work in.
she BROKE gym etiquette.

I hope you are a little more calm now after your gym experience.
I have no f**ks or Sh*ts in my speech, but I have written it all down and so if I bottle out again I will just leave my notes with her and say "READ".
I will have a couple of people behind me as well I think. A couple of them showed some support last week and feel the same way I do about my situation.
I just went to see Leo DeCaprio in Catch me if you can, Hated it!

Hated it, hmm...well, I'll know a movie to avoid - nothing personal Leo, but a 'reliable source' tells me....
It's good that you have some support, Manda, I certainly hope they stand firm, & don't just back down/shrink away! It's also a wise idea to have things written down - good going, there!
