super freeze ? there should be switches etc to turn on/off for that. That's only for using when you put something in that's needs freezing fast ?

as its new i had to use it the wheel is all the way to the left i have it as i need now not to much iced up lol

You're right, Prof. You have to keep the temperature in your freezer at the right level. I'm told minus 18 degrees Celsius is optimal. (That's -0.4 degrees Fahrenheit.) It keeps things like Vitamin C much better than -10C for instance.
Lower temperatures will be even better for the food (and you), but cost way too much in electricity, so -18C is the sensible compromise

"Age" is only because some brainy person many centuries ago, counted how long it takes for the sun/moon to go round and made years/days etc.
