i have acsess to his old room now,ive just rang to arrange in the next two weeks to have the rad controls fitted, and they will also send a tech to reset the house alarm number,

he still has a lot to take, and with the weather as it is, could be week or so till everything as been taken he is taking.

i got the letter of onfermation, yesterday, to say my bills are now £72 for both lecy and gas combined.

£39 lecy, and £33 gas, so im better off by £74 a month.

water could be down by,a pound or two, but not till april.

the 1st of june i get £100 on the lecy and gas, and in three months, i get another £120, even if im up or down on the bills, from the steady warm,like stay warm, so rats going is better in the long run, and i will by june be better off. jim

housing fiasco still going on.

removed the shelf rats had for the pc, found a big hole behind the rad, from the time the shower next door was fitted.

rang housing told them, i need BOTH,a plasterer and plumber on the same day, so this morning the plasterer turns up, no plumber.

he went off to see if he can get a plumbe to take the rad off, then replace after plastering the hole, the waterpipe with the earthwire is uncovered, and a pile of stuff from the hole stuck down the back of the rad jim

no money stuffed down though eh!

plasterer came, went off, got a plumber, he released the rad, and laid it down, then retightened the ends, the plasterer filled the hole in, and then the plumber reset the rad in the right place,

it will be sometime next week the five raads get the ajustable valves, still on order jim

if you are still about, its sunshining here, could this be the end of the snow, and the thaw on the way jim

my last day/night online will be Tuesday, I'll be packing the PC away on Wednesday until who knows when

if you arnt letting them do the decorating, it should be about four weeks or so, mine was just over 2 weeks,as they had to decorate, then redo some again.

ive just got the sole occupancy letter, so i dont pay any tax, i thought they might have taken a few bob, with the extra c pension i get. jim

hey can strip the wallpaper off every wall in the house and I want them to paint every wall after

if its like here, if you have decorating done, they first paper, then paint over.

i hope the kitchen paint is better than what they did mine in, i had to get a tin of 10x to be able to wipe any marks or stains off, on the ruddy waterbased paint nearly rubbed the thing off lol jim

every room can be done in magnolia as far as I'm concerned Jim, low maintainance after
